Language and culture play the role of medium in school - community interaction. If there are more similarities in language and cultures, more agreements in their educational goal, and a stronger cohesion between school and community it will be easier for schools to achieve success in work. To establish a harmonious interactive relation between school and community, respect should be paid to diverse cultures. This is the key to the overall development of education in Tibetan-inhibited areas.
