随着我国综合国力的加强,人民币国际化问题已越来越受到世界各国政府和国内外金融界的关注。人民币国际化会导致资本大规模进出、货币政策的独立性降低以及货币替代等后果,这给我国的经济金融发展带来巨大的冲击和严重的影响。为使人民币国际化进程中以最小的风险获取最大的发展必须有序推进资本项目开放、制定灵活的货币政策、加强外汇管理、建立银行风险预警体系和培育成熟的金融市场。

With the strengthening of national power,the problem of RMB internationalization is focused increasingly by the government and international financial community in the world. It will lead to the consequences of pass in and out of large - scale capital, the lowered independence of monetary policy, and the currency substitution. As a result, it will affect China＇ s development of economy and finance. In order to solve it effectively, we must promote the cap- ital projects orderly, constitute the flexible monetary policy, strengthen management of the foreign exchange, establish warning system of the bank risk and cultivate ripe financial market. Only in these ways can we obtain biggest development with the smallest risk in the process of the RMB internationalization.
