TRIZ能有效指导技术创新活动，与其他多种创新方法比较，在众多领域特别在工程技术领域有较好的应用前景。针对国内外TRIZ推广培训后绩效评价研究的空白，以云南省的推广培训为例进行多方面，深层次的实证研究，分析推广培训中的问题，总结经验，为后续的推广普及工作和云南自主创新能力提升进行有效的探索。

Compared with a variety of other innovative methods, triz can effectively guide us to conduct the technology innovation activities, it has a good prospect in many fields especially in engineering technology. Authors took Yunnan province as an example, developed empirical research because of blank in the research of performance evaluation after TRIZ＇s training at home and abroad, and analyzed the problems of promotion training, summarized the experience, which is a good effective exploration to enhance the ability of independent innovation in Yunnan.
