传统的课堂理论教学无法满足学生的发展需要,已有的实践教学模式成本较大,运作困难。＂以赛带训＂模式很好地利用了各种比赛平台,调动学生学习的积极性,训练学生的各种实践技能,且便于推广和操作,它是对传统教学的改革和创新,符合新时代学生培养目标要求。本文着重阐述了近几年来抚顺职业技术学院化工系在＂以赛带训＂人才培养模式上的探索与实践经验。

Besides the traditional theoretical classroom teaching,the present teaching model fails to meet the needs of the student development owing to the high cost.The ＂Training through Competition＂ mode makes full use of various competition platforms to arouse the students＇ initiatives,develop their skills and enjoys the advantages of convenience to carry out and promote.It is a reform and innovation of the traditional teaching model and satisfies the demands of the students today.This article mainly illustrates the exploration and experience of the ＂Training through competition＂ practice in the past few years by Chemical Engineering Department of Fushun Vocational Technology Institute.
