To finish the demonstrative construction perfectly,we should consider the needs of the market,combined with the characteristics of our college,format the industry-university-research institute alliance actively,develop professional construction Steering Committee,construct the ＂embedded＂ course system,improve the elderly nursing professional curriculum system,driving for the community to provide cultural,life diversified services,to create excellent teachers＇ team,realization of dedication,innovation,improve quality and demonstration and guidance,to develop professional skills of both elderly nursing talents.
