通过对江苏省1078名农民工进行问卷调查,分析农民工对教育培训的需求情况,并运用Binary Logistic回归模型分析法,对影响我国农民工教育培训需求的因素进行实证研究。研究表明：农民工在主观上有一定的教育培训需求,但目前的需求与供给不协调。农民工作为理性人,首先考虑教育培训能否带来良好的社会地位,其次是经济报酬以及培训费用等问题。最后提出了对策建议,以期为具体落实科学发展观,进一步提升农民工的科学文化素质,满足社会经济发展的需要,提供理论支撑和决策参考。

It performs an empirical study of education and training needs of migrant workers by means of the questionnaire of 1,078 migrant workers in Jiangsu Province,analyzing the education and training needs of migrant workers with the Binary Logistic regression model analysis.The study showed that migrant workers need education and training needs subjectively,but there are no coordination between demand and supply.As a rational person,migrant workers wonder if they can obtain good social status from the education and training firstly;then financial reward,and training costs will be taken into account too;Finally,it raises the solutions to the problems and provides theoretical support and decision-making for implementing the scientific outlook on development,further enhancing the scientific and cultural qualities of the migrant workers,and meeting the needs of social and economic development.
