Through investigation, the paper uses strategy management of SWOT analysis , on Yantai Apple brand of potential resources advantage and competition capacity, and potential resources disadvantage and competition defects and the development of external opportunities and external threats, for has detailed of analysis research, then we come up with a series of measures, such as to combine with the brand and quality, unified protection, unified publicity, and industry chain extends, and policy enabling, aspects of strategy measures and recommendations.
