Due to the reform of the economic system, the lack of institutional supply and the imperfect system of vocational education, the vicissitude of higher vocational education training mode can be difficult to achieve. The vicissitude of training mode of higher vocational education must rely on a good institutional environment, mainly through enlarging independent authority for running schools, improving the laws and the system of higher vocational education.
