结合帕森斯的社会行动理论，通过对青海省海西地区一移民村的生计恢复方式的调查，研究其社会行动背后的影响因素，包括行动的选择及结果。发现在社会变迁这个背景下，宏观的经济背景、村中精英的带头作用、不同安置模式的影响，以及移民群体的价值观等都影响着移民对生计恢复方式的选择及其可持续发展。同时，虽然移民的可持续发展具有一定的滞后性，但是其是关系到移民安居乐业、社会长足发展的重要因素，需要予以长期关注。

Combined with Parsons＇s social action theory and based on the survey of livelihood recovery in an immigration village in Haixi region of Qinghai, the paper deals with influential factors behind the social action, including the choice of action and results. It finds that under the circumstance of social change, macro-economic background, the leading function of village elites, different setting modes and values of immigrants have exerted influences on the choice of the livelihood recovery and sustainable development. Meanwhile, although there exists hysteretic nature in the sustainable development of immigrants, it concerns people＇s contentment and society＇s long-term development, so we should pay more attention to livelihood recovery and sustainable development.
