学术道德教育的意义不仅在于促进学术规范，更影响着学生价值观和品质的建立，贯穿学生发展始终。然而目前高校学术道德教育存在或未融入教育教学大环境，或方式单一、不系统连贯的问题，不符合道德教育的一般规律。本文以内化理论为基础，运用心理学特点，结合实际操作，尝试提出“层级内化”这一新的研究生学术道德教育模式，并从背景、理论基础、理论模型、应用等方面给予全方位介绍，分析总结其优势。

Academic ethics education promotes academic integrity and helps students develop correct values. At present, there is much to be desired in academic ethics education at most universities. This study proposes a layered internalization mode of academic ethics education with psychological and practical features. It presents the background, theoretical basis and models, and applications of the mode to illustrate its advantages.
