Tongcheng Dialects codas of the entering tones pronunciation types evolution
文章根据实地调查材料描写了通城方言12个方言点入声韵尾的读音类型与地域分布，重点讨论了通城方言入声韵尾的演变发展问题。文章认为通城入声韵尾的演变有两条不同的路径：1）以宕江通摄为主流的字，塞音尾逐步合并、弱化为[？]；2）咸深山臻曾梗摄塞尾的演变，主要包括塞尾的合并、[t]尾的弱化以及[1？]、[n？]尾的消变几个方面。通城方言入声韵尾的演变导致了[？]尾来源的复杂性。

This paper describes the geological distributions and the pronunciation types of the co- das of entering tones in 12 dialectal localities in Tongcheng County according to the fieldwork materials, emphasizing on the coda evolution in the dialects in Tongcheng County. Two different paths of the evolution are proposed in this essay. One is the gradual weakening of the final stops of dang- jiang-tong rhyme class （宕江通摄）, the other the development of the final stops of xian-shen-shan- zhen-zeng-geng class （咸深山臻曾梗摄）, mainly including the mergence of final stops, the weakening of [t]-ending, and the development and disappearance of [l？]and In？I-ending. The complexity of the origins of [？]-ending is a direct result of the evolution of the codas of entering tones.
