作为教育公平类型之一的城乡教育公平,目前学术界对它的关注度较高,其影响面较大,这与文化有着极其密切的关系。综观相关研究成果,从政策学、政治学、管理学等视角对城乡教育公平进行研究的较多,缺乏从文化视角对它的研究。文化在深化城乡教育公平研究、推进城乡教育公平发展中的作用还未引起应有的重视。文化时代的来临要求城乡教育公平研究要重视文化对教育的影响。在我国发展的新阶段,人们的文化意识觉醒,呼吁城乡教育公平研究要增强文化关怀。因此,深化城乡教育公平文化研究;全面加强文化建设,整合各类文化资源;完善体制机制,充分发挥文化在实现城乡教育公平发展中的作用,是城乡教育公平研究的新价值取向。

Education fairness between urban and rural areas which has caught the wide public attention and exerted huge influence and got intense reactions from the society is closely related to culture.Among all the studies on education fairness,most of them are from the perspectives of policy,politics and management,but studies from cultural perspective has yet not been given enough attention,resulting from the lack of concern for the role of culture in deepening studies on urban-rural education equality and in advancing the development of education fairness between urban and rural areas.The coming of the era of culture demands us to lay more emphases on the cultural influence in the studies on urban-rural education fairness,and the rising awareness of culture against the backdrop of China's growth calls for more attention given to the role of culture in them,too.In order to better develop the latter,enough attention should be given to the influence of culture and the concepts of putting people first,cultural care,characteristic harmony as well as the ecological and joint prosperity.In addition,efforts should be made to deepen the studies on urban-rural education equality from the perspective of culture and to integrate all cultural resources for an overall culture development with an improved mechanism which gives full play to the role of culture in carrying forward higher education fairness between urban and rural areas.
