教师职前教育和职后教育课程建设的一体化,既是教师教育终身化的必然趋势,也是教育教师改革发展的必然要求,是现代教师教育的应有之义和基本特征。因此,高师院校应着力推进教师教育职前职后一体化课程建设,突出专业化、能力和实践导向,注重教师职前、职后教育课程建设的阶段性与连贯性相结合,制定课程目标,构建课程体系,搭建实践平台,组织课程实施,开展课程评价,全面提高教师教育质量,整体推进教师队伍专业化建设。

The construction of integrated curriculum for pre-service teacher education and in-service teacher education is the inevitable trends of lifelong teacher education and the demands of teacher education reform and development. It is also the basic feature of modern teacher education. Therefore, Normal Colleges and Universities should make an effort to promote the construction of the integrated courses for pre-service and in- service teacher education and give prominence to professionalization, competence and practice, focusing on the linkage between the pre-service and in-service teacher education curricula, building curriculum aims, setting up practice platform, organizing curriculum implementation and carrying out curriculum evaluation. In this way, the quality of teacher education can be improved comprehensively.
