2012年10月底至11月初,2012年全国档案工作者年会在四川成都召开,本届年会的主题是＂档案与社会主义文化大繁荣大发展＂。本文以作者出席会议的记闻与会后收集的材料为基础,对年会进行了一次学术观察,述评了年会大会和分会场主要发言中的学术见解,认为本届年会紧扣＂档案与文化＂这一主题,在理论探讨和经验总结方面都有很多学术元素值得关注。

From the end of October to early November 2012, the National Archivists Annual Meeting in 2012 was held in Chengdu, Sichuan and the theme of this annual meeting is ＂the archives and the prosperity and development of socialist culture＂. This article is based on the records and thoughts of the author from the meeting and the collecting material after the meeting. By an academic review of this meet- ing, this article analyses and assesses the main academic ideas in the annual meeting and sub meeting and holds the view that this annual meeting is closely linked to the theme of ＂archives and culture＂ and many academic elements deserve more attention in the theoretical discussion and experience study.
