通过出口相似度指数对闽台水产品出口相似度进行测算，分析两地水产品的竞争性；利用产业内贸易指数和贸易互补性系数分析二者的贸易互补性。结果表明：闽台水产品的产品种类相似度较低，而市场相似度较高；闽台水产品互补性很强，互补形式以产业间互补为主；以福建为出口方、以台湾为进口方的互补性要大于以台湾为出口方、以福建为进口方的互补性。根据国际市场需求闽台合作可采取差异性的营销策略和扩大ECFA早收清单的水产品范围。

This paper uses export similarity index to calculate the similarity of aquatic products between Fujian and Taiwan, and then to analyze the rivalrousness between them. It also applies G-L index and trade complementary index to analyze the complementarity of aquatic products between them. The result of the research indicates that there is a low similarity in the type of aquatic products, but a high similarity in the market of aquatic products between Fujian and Taiwan; the overall trade between Fujian and Taiwan shows a strong complementarity, and the complementary relations are mainly in the form of inter- industry trade complementarity; the complementarity with Fujian as exporter is stronger than that with Taiwan as exporter. On the basis of this conclusion, this paper makes the policy recommendations of jointly taking different marketing strategies based on international demand and increasing the scope of aquatic products in the early harvest list of ECFA
