以尼克莱·伯恩斯坦的“协调观”运动控制理论为基础,探索皮艇划浆动作中躯干与上肢的协调方式,为皮艇技术的诊断提供新视角。国内首次采用三维摄像技术对皮艇划浆动作中躯干与上肢的运动学参数进行测量,通过连续相对时段方法对躯干与左臂、躯干与右臂的协调关系进行定量分析。研究结论:(1)在划桨时段中,躯干与划桨侧手臂正相位协调程度呈现“降低一提高一降低”的变化。在划桨过程中,首先主要依靠躯干运动,然后依靠躯干与划桨侧手臂共同运动,接着主要依靠划桨侧手臂的运动;(2)在右划桨时段末期,躯干与右手臂协调还存在一个提高的过程,这可能是由于躯干与右手臂还存在一个撑桨动作;(3)躯干与左上肢的协调变异性显著小于躯干与右上肢,这表明躯干与左上肢协调的控制水平相对要低些;(4)躯干与右上肢的协调关系在左桨阶段较松弛,在右桨阶段比较紧密,这体现了躯干与右上肢协调的周期节奏性。
以尼剋萊·伯恩斯坦的“協調觀”運動控製理論為基礎,探索皮艇劃漿動作中軀榦與上肢的協調方式,為皮艇技術的診斷提供新視角。國內首次採用三維攝像技術對皮艇劃漿動作中軀榦與上肢的運動學參數進行測量,通過連續相對時段方法對軀榦與左臂、軀榦與右臂的協調關繫進行定量分析。研究結論:(1)在劃槳時段中,軀榦與劃槳側手臂正相位協調程度呈現“降低一提高一降低”的變化。在劃槳過程中,首先主要依靠軀榦運動,然後依靠軀榦與劃槳側手臂共同運動,接著主要依靠劃槳側手臂的運動;(2)在右劃槳時段末期,軀榦與右手臂協調還存在一箇提高的過程,這可能是由于軀榦與右手臂還存在一箇撐槳動作;(3)軀榦與左上肢的協調變異性顯著小于軀榦與右上肢,這錶明軀榦與左上肢協調的控製水平相對要低些;(4)軀榦與右上肢的協調關繫在左槳階段較鬆弛,在右槳階段比較緊密,這體現瞭軀榦與右上肢協調的週期節奏性。

Based on motion control theory of Nicolai Berustein's view of coordination, the effective coordination mode among human body joints in Kayak was studied and a new angle for Kayak technique diagnosis was provided. And three-dimensional camera shooting technique was initially adopted in China to measure the kinematics parameters of trunk and upper limb. After that the compatible relationship between the trunk and the left arm and the counter- part was quantified through the method of continuously relative time period. Conclusion: 1. During the pulling phase, the coordination degree between the trunk and the pulling arm showed "decreased-increased-decreased". The pulling motion starts from the trunk movement mostly, and then the trunk and the pulling arm work together. And after that it ends with the pulling ann. 2. At the end of the right arm's pull, there was an enhancement of the coordination degree between the trunk and the right arm. It might be caused by the punt by the trunk and the right arm at the end of the right ann's pull. 3. The significance of coordination variation between the trunk and the left ann is less obvious than the right side. It indicated low control level of coordination between the trunk and the left arm. 4. The coordination relationship between the trunk and the right ann during the left arm's pull was loose while it was close during the right ann's pull. It reflected cycle rhythmicity of the coordination between the trunk and the right ann.
