从20世纪中叶以来,台湾城乡差异日益加大,乡村与农业呈现边缘化的趋势,乡村人民的生活与生存面临社会面、经济面、文化面等困境。台湾未来必须倡导新的永续社区发展观,全盘检视问题的症结以进行社区永续发展的策略规划。
從20世紀中葉以來,檯灣城鄉差異日益加大,鄉村與農業呈現邊緣化的趨勢,鄉村人民的生活與生存麵臨社會麵、經濟麵、文化麵等睏境。檯灣未來必鬚倡導新的永續社區髮展觀,全盤檢視問題的癥結以進行社區永續髮展的策略規劃。
종20세기중협이래,태만성향차이일익가대,향촌여농업정현변연화적추세,향촌인민적생활여생존면림사회면、경제면、문화면등곤경。태만미래필수창도신적영속사구발전관,전반검시문제적증결이진행사구영속발전적책략규화。
Since the mid-twentieth century, the difference wider, rural, and agriculture presents the trend of marginalizati between urban and rural areas in Taiwan is growing on facing the plight of the social side, the economic side, the cultural side of life and the survival of rural people. A new sustainable community development concept should be developed and an overall view of the crux of the problem for the community' s sustainable development strategy should be planned.
