Shaanxi is rich of cultural resources. How to make it develop as a province of rich cultural indus- tries is the urgent tasks and major theme of government and cultural industries in Shaanxi province. The anthor classified the historical culture resources of Shannxi, analyzed its present condition and some obstacles during development of the cultural industries, combining with the latest research results. At last, he showed the path of Shaanxi as a province with rich cultural industries not only as a rich cultural resources province.
