创始人CEO初始继任指作为企业CEO的创始人离任,由专业CEO接任的创业企业首次权力变更。创始人CEO是创业企业发展的关键要素,创始人CEO的初始继任可能直接影响到创业企业的生存与发展。鉴于创始人CEO初始继任的特殊性,及其对于从初创期向成长期专业化管理转变的创业企业发展的关键性,本文通过介绍传统CEO继任研究的新发展——创始人CEO初始继任,探讨创始人CEO初始继任的驱动因素及其影响效应,并在此基础上构建了创始人CEO初始继任发展的综合模型,旨在为创业领导研究和管理实践提供参考。

The initial succession of founder-CEO means that founders leave their posts and give the power to professional CEO.It is the first power changing of entrepreneurial corporation.Founder-CEO is the key factor for the development of entrepreneurial corporation,and the initial succession of founder-CEO would have direct influence on the survival and growth of entrepreneurial corporation.Due to the particularity of founder-CEO initial succession and the significance of entrepreneurial corporation′s development from early stage to growth stage,the present paper introduced the newly development of CEO succession,namely initial succession of founder-CEO.After exploring the driving factors and effects of founder-CEO initial succession,the paper constructed the integrated model of founder-CEO initial succession development,which hoped to propose the implications for the theoretical research of entrepreneurial leadership and management practices.
