对于文化创意人才核心能力创造力的培养,高等职业教育以能力为本位,以行动导向办学理念为指引,运用工学结合办学模式,构建打破专业、学科界限的课程体系,有利于创造力的培养。同时,在高职教育中应加强通识教育,在专业教育、通识教育互补中,更好的培养人才创造力。
對于文化創意人纔覈心能力創造力的培養,高等職業教育以能力為本位,以行動導嚮辦學理唸為指引,運用工學結閤辦學模式,構建打破專業、學科界限的課程體繫,有利于創造力的培養。同時,在高職教育中應加彊通識教育,在專業教育、通識教育互補中,更好的培養人纔創造力。
대우문화창의인재핵심능력창조력적배양,고등직업교육이능력위본위,이행동도향판학이념위지인,운용공학결합판학모식,구건타파전업、학과계한적과정체계,유리우창조력적배양。동시,재고직교육중응가강통식교육,재전업교육、통식교육호보중,경호적배양인재창조력。
For the cultivation of cultural creativity personnel's core capacity, the higher vocational education should take people first and guide the concept of school-running with the action orientation. It should combine working and learning with the school-running mode, break the curriculum system of major and discipline boundaries and conductive to the cultivation of creativity. At the same time, the general education should he strengthened in the higher vocational education and better cultivate the personnel's capacity in the complementary of the major education and general education.
