文章在＂国家和农村社会＂的框架下分析了农村中小学布局调整对农村教育、农村社区发展的影响以及出现偏差的原因。在农村中小学布局调整过程中,中央政府通过转移支付和项目的形式加大教育投入,县级政府在统筹县域乡村基础教育资金进行农村中小学布局调整时出现了偏差,乡村社会遭遇＂被调整＂加速衰败。导致县级政府行为偏差的主要原因有＂被城市化绑架＂和缺乏自下而上的参与。

The article analyzed the influence of rural school mapping on rural education and rural community development under the framework of ＂state and the rural society＂.In the process of interaction between governments and rural people,central government increased investment in rural basic education through transfer payments and special projects,county government＇s strategy of rural school mapping had deviation due to the chase of urbanization and the lack of bottom-up participation;city-oriented mapping of rural schools accelerated the downfall of rural society.
