主要探析科研人员在开放存取平台（Open Access，简称OA）的知识共享行为和效果，并选取图书情报领域的科研人员在中国科技论文在线网站中首发论文以及后续的交流共享案例，从发文、浏览、评论等角度，分析其参与主体中的作者、读者以及同行专家的共享行为，并从效果角度考虑参与者的所有权、有用性、满意度的问题。最后为将来更好地增强开放存取平台的功能建设和扩大科研人员对开放存取平台的参与度提出建议。

This paper focuses on the behavior and effect of knowledge sharing according to the open access platform. We put forward an evaluation model, and take the situation in the field of LIS at the Online Website of Chinese Scientific Papers as an example. From the perspective of uploading, browsing and commenting, we analyze the authors, readers and experts＇ sharing behavior. And from the view of effect, we take the ownership, usefulness and satisfaction into consideration. Finally we postpone a few suggestions for the improvement of OA platform and more peoples＇ participation in this new knowledge sharing model.
