自20世纪70年代末我国实行计划生育政策以来,产生了为数众多的独生子女家庭。随着独生子女家庭的增多,父母的养老问题越来越受到社会的广泛关注,成为家庭和社会的一个突出矛盾。如何应对独生子女家庭的父母养老问题无疑需要养老产业的快速发展。因此,采用SWOT方法对当前我国养老产业进行分析,提出相应的对策建议,以期有利于推动养老产业的快速发展,来应对＂未富先老＂状况下人口老龄化所带来的挑战,从而提升我国老人的生命质量和晚年生活幸福指数。

Our country has produced numerous onechild family because of family planning policy since 1970＇s. With the increase of the single-child family, parents＇ pension problems are more and more society＇s widespread attention and have become one of the family and the society a prominent contradictions. Endowment problem which deals with an only child family parents will undoubtedly need endowment industry rapid development. So,The article is mainly to using SWOT methods to analyse current our country endowment industry, to propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to facilitate the endowment industry＇s rapid development, to deal with the challenge of aging population. The result will enhance the old man＇s life quality and later life happiness index.
