Based on the work of application of non-point source agricultural pollution control technology based on losscontrolled fertilizer,the extrusive problems faced by the application and development of the fertilizer were studied,finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the new fertilizer extension and application in agriculture were proposed.
