提出了产业共生发展中中介体的概念,认为其出现是为了降低产业共生中的交易成本。通过对英国、韩国和中国产业共生项目中的中介体的介绍,提出中介体具有宣传支持、信息支持、经济支持、沟通桥梁、技术支持、政策支持与监督管理七大功能。最后,笔者总结了中介体需要具备的三点素质,为产业共生模式及中介体在全国的推广提供参考。

In this paper,the concept of coordinator was proposed and it was considered that coordinator was set to reduce the transaction cost in industrial symbiosis.Through the introduction of coordinators in the UK,Korea and China,it was concluded that coordinator had seven functions in the development of industrial symbiosis including the support of propaganda,information,finance,communication,technology,policy and supervision.At last,three characteristics were put forward which were vital for coordinators and it was hoped that this paper could provide reference for the promotion of industrial symbiosis or coordinator in China.
