家电下乡补贴政策的推行与展开,使农村居民成为＂家电下乡＂重要参与主体。通过2008～2009年相关行业的顶岗从业经历,考察了农村居民参与＂家电下乡＂意愿的影响因素,发现该政策在实施过程中依然存在不足和问题。结合信息不完全等经济学基本原理,分析认为这些不足使得政策偏离初始目标,农民消费者享受的实际优惠水平有限,亟须通过强化政府监管、建立政商企协调机制、加强农村基础设施建设等措施加以缓解和完善。

Since the implementation of the subsidy policy of home appliances to the countryside,it commences to enable rural residents to become ＂home appliances＂ involved in the main post.The paper experiences in related industries for some time through the year 2008-2009 and examined the factors affecting rural residents to participate in the ＂home appliances＂ and will then found that the policy still has shortcomings and problems in the implementation process.With incomplete information and other basic principles of economics,the analysis believes these deficiencies deviate from the initial goal of making policy and enable farmers consumers to enjoy limited.And we should alleviate and improve the initial target by strengthening government regulation and establishing coordination mechanisms of government and business enterprises strengthening rural infrastructure measures.
