经济发展既给环境带来冲击,也对环境保护产生了急迫需求。许多地方经济的高速发展是以牺牲环境、高消耗资源为代价的,这种高污染、高消耗、低效益的生产方式使农业环境日趋恶化。人与自然的矛盾变得空前紧张突出。为了防止农业生态环境恶化,防患于未然,农业环境预警显得越发重要。环境预警,是环境管理的重要组成部分,它可以为环境保护和建设提供了可靠的数据资料,为环境保护和建设打下前提和基础。文章通过对预警、生态环境预警等基本概念的界定,确定了本文的研究方向,指出了现阶段农业生态环境预警现状,提出了完善农业生态环境预警的保护措施。

The two big bottlenecks of environment and resource emerging with the development of social economy.Economic development brings both impacts to environment and urgent needs to environment protection.But there is a worrying that the high speed development of economy costs sacrifice environment and high consumption of resources in many places,this mode of production is high pollution,high consumption and low efficiency,which makes the agricultural environment become increasingly worse and the conflict between man and nature become unprecedented tension and stand out.Nip in the bud,the agricultural environment early warning is becoming more and more important in order to prevent the agricultural ecological environment deteriorating.Environment early warning is an important part of the environmental management,which can provide reliable data and be premise and basis for the environment protection and construction.This paper agreed the research direction,pointed out the status of agricultural ecological environment warning at present stage and put forward protection measures of improving the agricultural ecological environment early warning through basic concept definition such as the early warning,the ecological environment early warning.
