翻译硕士专业学位的课程设置涉及教育思想和观念,包括:教育的本质观、价值观和功能观,还包括课程设置与教学、学科以及专业的关系等理论认知层面。本研究在探讨了课程设置的有关理论层面之后,对国内外部分高校的相关课程设置和国家相关指导性培养方案进行了调研和分析,发现其课程设置背后共有的“社会本位”的价值观念和相应的课程内容。在借鉴国内外大学的课程设置实践、参照国家指导性培养方案、以及本校的学科传统和优势的基础上,提出了理工科地方院校的翻译硕士专业学位课程设置的实践模型。该模型涵盖了制约课程设置的教育理论和观念、课程内容以及选择原则、课程模式和课程的纵、横向结构。最后,文章对模型进行了综合性阐述。

The curriculum design of MTI concerns with the educational ideology and concept, including the nature of education, the values and functions, as well as the theoretical understanding of the relationship between curriculum and teaching, disciplines and specialities. Having made a close study of the related educational theories and the curricula of some universities home and abroad and the national directive curriculum design, we find out their "social needs-oriented " common value and the corresponding content in curriculum. With these references and the consideration of the disciplinary traditions and advantages of our university, we propose a practical curricu- lum model of MTI for the universities of science and technology such as ours. This model covers two major aspects. One is the educational theory, concept, content of curriculum and selection principles that dominate curriculum design, the other is the mode of curricumlum, the vertical and horizontal construction of courses. Finally, the paper makes a comprehensive illustrations for the model.
