金融服务业外包以其能够降低发包成本、增强发包方市场竞争力、提高经济效率、促进金融行业在全球范围内的专业化分一等优势，近年来取得了长足发展。本文采取国际比较研究的方法，对提供国际金融服务外包的主要国家在金融服务外包的产业政策、税收政策、金融支持政策、知识产权保护法律法规、工业园区优惠政策和人才教育培养等六大方面进行了比较，提出从政策扶持、市场培育、人才培养、风险管理和行业协会建设等方面促进我国金融服务外包产业发展的建议。

Financial service outsourcing gained substantial growth in the recent years due to its advantages in reducing contracting cost, strengthening marketing competiveness, improving economic efficiency, facilitating financial industry＇s professional specification on a global scale and other aspects. By using international comparative study, this paper compares six aspects of the main countries that provide international financial service outsourcing from industrial policy, tax policy, financial backing policy, laws and regulation of intellectual property protection, preferential policy for industrial parks, talent education and cultivation areas. Moreover, this paper provides suggestions to facilitate the development of our country＇s financial service outsourcing from the aspects of policy support, market cultivation, personnel training, risk management and industry association, etc.
