信息化侦查作为一种新型的侦查模式，已在侦查实践中发挥着重要作用，但是由于信息化侦查中缺乏对公民隐私权的必要保护，从而导致信息化侦查过程中公民隐私权容易遭到肆意践踏。因此，必须通过加强信息化侦查的法律规制、建立侦查机关内部防控机制、建立信息化侦查中公民隐私权的救济机制、增强侦查人员公民隐私权的保护意识等途径，实现信息化侦查中控制犯罪与保障人权的双赢。
信息化偵查作為一種新型的偵查模式，已在偵查實踐中髮揮著重要作用，但是由于信息化偵查中缺乏對公民隱私權的必要保護，從而導緻信息化偵查過程中公民隱私權容易遭到肆意踐踏。因此，必鬚通過加彊信息化偵查的法律規製、建立偵查機關內部防控機製、建立信息化偵查中公民隱私權的救濟機製、增彊偵查人員公民隱私權的保護意識等途徑，實現信息化偵查中控製犯罪與保障人權的雙贏。

Information investigation as a new investigative mode plays an important role in the investigation practice, but due to the lack of necessary protection of right to privacy in the information investigation, citizen＇s right to privacy is likely to be violated. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the legal regulation of information investigation, establish investigative organs＇ internal prevention and control mechanisms, establish relief mechanism of the right to privacy in the information investigation and enhance investigators＇ protection awareness of the right to privacy, so as to realize the win-win situation between crime control and the protection of human rights.
