文章利用对西藏自治区教育厅、拉萨市各县(区)教体局及10余所区、市、县幼儿园的调研数据,分析了西藏学前教育的现状和存在的问题。并从大力发展普惠性幼儿园、加强幼教师资队伍培养和建设、完善西藏幼儿双语教材编写、完善政府职能和成立学前教育专管部门等方面提出了发展策略。
文章利用對西藏自治區教育廳、拉薩市各縣(區)教體跼及10餘所區、市、縣幼兒園的調研數據,分析瞭西藏學前教育的現狀和存在的問題。併從大力髮展普惠性幼兒園、加彊幼教師資隊伍培養和建設、完善西藏幼兒雙語教材編寫、完善政府職能和成立學前教育專管部門等方麵提齣瞭髮展策略。

On the basis of the data acquired from the research done on Education Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region,education bureaus of the city and counties of Lhasa,and over 10 kindergartens in different counties,cities and prefectures,the article analyzes the situation and the existing problems in the preschool education of Tibet.In order to promote the development of the preschool education of Tibet,some several solutions are suggested as follows: firstly,the inclusive kindergartens should be developed more rapidly;secondly,the preschool teacher team training should be strengthened;thirdly,the compilation of the bilingual textbooks for preschool children of Tibet should be improved,and the government functions should be perfected;fourthly,a departments should be established to govern preschool education specially.
