近年来,＂农民工＂的称谓引起了学界和管理层的热议和争论,究其原因,该称谓语法失范,概念不清,其涵义有明显的歧视色彩。＂新市民＂的称呼逐渐被人们接受。这一称谓的变化,折射出中国社会和谐发展及文明进步。通过对比分析该词英语翻译的几种译法,认为现在通用的rural migrant workers虽然忠于汉语原文,但既不简洁又会产生歧义,migrant workers更恰当贴切。
近年來,＂農民工＂的稱謂引起瞭學界和管理層的熱議和爭論,究其原因,該稱謂語法失範,概唸不清,其涵義有明顯的歧視色綵。＂新市民＂的稱呼逐漸被人們接受。這一稱謂的變化,摺射齣中國社會和諧髮展及文明進步。通過對比分析該詞英語翻譯的幾種譯法,認為現在通用的rural migrant workers雖然忠于漢語原文,但既不簡潔又會產生歧義,migrant workers更恰噹貼切。
근년래,＂농민공＂적칭위인기료학계화관리층적열의화쟁론,구기원인,해칭위어법실범,개념불청,기함의유명현적기시색채。＂신시민＂적칭호축점피인문접수。저일칭위적변화,절사출중국사회화해발전급문명진보。통과대비분석해사영어번역적궤충역법,인위현재통용적rural migrant workers수연충우한어원문,단기불간길우회산생기의,migrant workers경흡당첩절。
In recent years,the term of ＂rural migrant workers＂ attracts great concern and arguments from scholars and some officials in China.The term itself is not normative in terms of Chinese grammar and not clear in conception,even worse it possesses evident discrimination in connotation.Nowadays,the term of ＂New Citizens＂ becomes well accepted instead of ＂migrant workers＂.With the comparative analysis of some interpretations of the term,＂migrant workers＂ is the most appropriate one among them.
