《广西瑶歌记音》是赵元任先生早年的著作，其中部分瑶歌字、音、义关系仍有待商榷。本文借助民间文学、苗瑶壮语和汉语方言的材料，确认了12个音读字、5个假借字和8个训读字，明晰了5个词的意义。此外，指正了《再读（广西瑶歌记音）》对原著的误读。为更好地理解瑶歌，补充介绍了瑶歌的背景。

Guangxi Yaoge Jiyin （Transcription of Lyrics of Yao Songs in Guangxi） is an early work of Mr. Chao Yuen Ren. The relationships between character, sound and meaning for some en- tries in this work are debatable. Based on the folk literature from Miao, Yao and Zhuang Languages as well as Chinese dialects, this paper confirms 12 phonetic-reading characters, 5 phonetic-loan char- acters and 8 meaning-reading characters, and clarifies the meanings of 5 words. In addition, the paper corrects some misreading in ＂Rereading the Guangxi Yaoge Jiyin＂. Introduction of the background of Yao songs is also provided for readers to better understand them.
