由于两岸的政治对立没有解决、文化发展模式不同和对文化交流功能的不同认识,随着两岸文化往来的深入发展也积淀下一些问题,出现一些倾向性观点和一些倾向性问题。分析和认识问题所在,是解决这些问题的前提,是在为充分发挥文化交流合作对和平发展巩固和深化的积极作用、进而为推进和平统一进程而创造条件。
