京津冀地区旅游合作发展始终是旅游区域发展的重要研究问题之一。依据聚集经济的观点,旅游资源聚集和市场聚集是一种不同于传统经济资源和市场聚集的特殊聚集方式。对比京津冀地区与长江三角洲地区旅游资源和旅游市场的聚集差异特征,区域旅游合作发展应该以本地区的旅游资源与市场聚集的特征来选择合适的发展模式。京津冀地区的旅游发展模式应该基于本地区旅游资源和旅游市场的聚集特点分为两个层级的市场,由于两个层级市场的消费主体不同而实现区域之间的利益分享目标。同时,新的发展模式应该更加关注的市场消费主导对象是散客旅游者,而不是团队旅游者,这是世界旅游未来发展的基本趋势。以此模式实现京津冀地区旅游联动发展应有相关政策的支持。
京津冀地區旅遊閤作髮展始終是旅遊區域髮展的重要研究問題之一。依據聚集經濟的觀點,旅遊資源聚集和市場聚集是一種不同于傳統經濟資源和市場聚集的特殊聚集方式。對比京津冀地區與長江三角洲地區旅遊資源和旅遊市場的聚集差異特徵,區域旅遊閤作髮展應該以本地區的旅遊資源與市場聚集的特徵來選擇閤適的髮展模式。京津冀地區的旅遊髮展模式應該基于本地區旅遊資源和旅遊市場的聚集特點分為兩箇層級的市場,由于兩箇層級市場的消費主體不同而實現區域之間的利益分享目標。同時,新的髮展模式應該更加關註的市場消費主導對象是散客旅遊者,而不是糰隊旅遊者,這是世界旅遊未來髮展的基本趨勢。以此模式實現京津冀地區旅遊聯動髮展應有相關政策的支持。

The regional integrated development of tourism in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has always been one of the major issues in tourism development in this region.According to the viewpoint of Agglomeration economies,tourism resource aggregation and market aggregation form a particular way of resource aggregation which is different from traditional economic and market aggregation.When a comparison is made about the aggregation differences of tourism resource and market resource between the region of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei and the region of Yangtze River Delta,we come to know that an appropriate mode of tourism development should be based on local tourism resources and its market aggregation.The mode of tourism development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei should be divided into a two-level market on the base of the characteristics of the aggregation of its regional tourism resources and market,because different consumers of the two-level market will bring about a sharing benefit among different regions.At the same time,the major consumers this new mode of development will pay more attention to are individual tourists rather than team tourists.This is a general tendency of tourism development in the world.This integrated development of tourism should also be well supported by policies concerned.
