The interpersonal communication exists generally within the university organizations. Therefore, the harmonious interpersonal relationship is an adhesive to maintain the normal partnerships within the university organizations. According to the survey about the current situation of interpersonal communication between administrators and academicians within the university organizations, this paper analyzes the cause of the plight from three dimensions of cognition, interests and institution. Under the exploration for the way to rebuild healthy communication, this paper points out that both administrators and academicians should respect for the existence of diversity based on facing interpersonal differences squarely and pay attention to the harmonious communication through advocating trust cultivation.
