从质量安全的视角,针对农产品供应链的质量控制与风险评估问题,提出了农产品供应链的质量系统集成结构,根据良好农业规范标准建立农产品供应链质量安全风险评估指标体系,采用语言信息处理方法,将呈现出面板数据特征的评价信息进行有效集结,建立基于Logistic回归的联立方程模型,给出了供应链质量安全风险评估分析的方法,并结合山东省蔬菜供应链的调查信息进行了实证研究。研究表明,该方法可针对农产品供应链质量安全的特有属性,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,建立农产品供应链质量风险评估的系统方法,并能进行质量安全风险预警,从而实现农产品安全的目标。

From the perspective of the quality safety, in order to solve the quality control of supply chain and risk evaluation for agricultural foods, an integrated quality system model of the agricultural food supply chain is built, and the agricultural food quality chain risk evaluation index system is built based on the Good Agricultural Practice, applying the linguistic information processing method, the panel valuation data is aggregated to obtain the integrated evaluation values. An ordered logistic model is put forward, and the calculation analysis steps are given. This research is illustrated by an example of export vegetable sites in Shandong province. The research indicates that the above method is close centering on the characteristics of agricultural supply chain for quality safety, following the principle of the quantitative with qualitative analysis methods, the systematic approach is put forward for the risk evaluation and earlywarning of agricultural food supply chain to achieving the target of quality safety.
