安徽省近年来通过推进执法体制改革，加强制度建设、执法主体建设、执法队伍建设，强化执法监督，规范执法行为，各级行政执法机构的执法能力和水平实现较大提高。针对尚且存在的执法依据不健全、执法主体设置不尽合理、执法行为不够规范等问题，必须进一步推进执法改革，特别是要进一步提高规范执法意识，注重发挥人民主体的参与作用，从而实现进一步提高执法水平，实现合法、规范、文明执法。
안휘성근년래통과추진집법체제개혁，가강제도건설、집법주체건설、집법대오건설，강화집법감독，규범집법행위，각급행정집법궤구적집법능력화수평실현교대제고。침대상차존재적집법의거불건전、집법주체설치불진합리、집법행위불구규범등문제，필수진일보추진집법개혁，특별시요진일보제고규범집법의식，주중발휘인민주체적삼여작용，종이실현진일보제고집법수평，실현합법、규범、문명집법。
The different levels of administrative law enforcement agencies in Anhui Province have enhanced their enforcement ability in recent years by advancing the reform of law enforcement system, intensifying system construction, constructing the subject of law enforcement, executing the law team construction, strengthening law enforcement supervision, and standardizing law enforcement activities. However there still exist some problems, such as the imperfect law enforcement basis, the unreasonable designation of law enforcement subjects and the non-standard law enforcement behaviors. So it is essential to further advance the reform of law enforcement, further enhancing the awareness of standardizing law enforcement and giving play to the people＇s role of participation, so as to further raise the level of law enforcement and to enforce law in a legal, standard and civilized manner
