在分析国内外研究现状的基础上，通过对“系部＋公司＋研究所”的产学研模式的研究，进一步界定了系部、公司、研究所的职责。以湖南现代物流职业技术学院物流信息系为例，对提出的高等职业教育产学研模式进行实证分析和研究，得到了良好的成效，同时也发现了一些问题有待进一步改进和完善。
在分析國內外研究現狀的基礎上，通過對“繫部＋公司＋研究所”的產學研模式的研究，進一步界定瞭繫部、公司、研究所的職責。以湖南現代物流職業技術學院物流信息繫為例，對提齣的高等職業教育產學研模式進行實證分析和研究，得到瞭良好的成效，同時也髮現瞭一些問題有待進一步改進和完善。

Based on an analysis of the status of the researth at home and abroad, the present paper presents ＂department-company-institute＂ as an industry school institute mode and de{ines the respon sibilities of the department, the company, and the institute. It makes an empirical study of the industry-school-institute mode of Hunan Vocational Technical College of Modern Logistics and the results show that the mode has achieved quite good results and yet some problems remain to be solved.
