近年来，随着大学生就业形势的严峻和创业、劳动力转移的逐渐发展，“新读书无用论”受到了政府和社会的高度关注。在问卷调查和面访的基础上对二者的相关性进行检验，结果发现，“新读书无用论”的两个指标因素显著影响了大学生就业压力，两者存在相关性。因此，要促进通识教育与职业教育的共同发展，加强大学生的就业形势教育，引导大学生树立正确的择业竞争观，积极完善对大学生的招考录用和就业指导政策，切实落实创业扶持和宏观调控政策，从而有效地解决大学生就业问题。

Because of the severe employment situation and the progressive rise of college students＇ undertakings as well as the transfer of labor force in recent years, ＂New Idea of Uselessness of College Education＂ has drawn much attention from the government and society. The current paper analyzes the correlation between the idea and the students＇ employment pressure. The results of the questionnaires and the interviews show that two indicators of ＂New Idea of Uselessness of College Education＂ have significantly built up the college students＇ employment pressure, and a correlation can be found thereof. Therefore, it is required to promote common development of general education and vocational education, to strengthen the students＇ awareness of the employment situation, to help the students es- tablish a correct concept of career competition, to actively improve the students＇ admission and employment guidance policy, and to practically implement enterprising support and macro-control policy, thus addressing the employment problem of college students in an effective way.
