As Chinese enterprises and their products have become internationalized gradually, more and more IPR infringement allegations from foreign competitors had been raised to courts abroad. In order to protect themselves properly, Chinese enterprises need to be familiar with the provisions of foreign rules on jurisdiction, do a good job responding to foreign court litigations. At the same time, decisions to set up business branch and take commercial activities abroad should be made cautiously.
