高校教材已成为发行量极大的重要出版物,但质量不高,特别是不受学生欢迎已成为突出问题,呈现出教材“供”与“需”两方面的结构性矛盾。解决问题的突破口是高校教材的人性化设计,其核心是满足学生的需要,为学生服务。大学生对教材的需求包括认知学习、情感体验、经济成本三个方面。高校教材人性化设计的本质就是运用各种教材设计要素与手段,努力满足学生的学习、体验、节约等需要。其遵从的原则是:在内容设计上,实现学科导向与对象导向的结合;在结构设计上,实现理论与情境的结合;在板式设计上,实现鲜活与严肃的结合;在形态材质设计上,实现功能与节约的结合。

Teaching materials of colleges and universities have become the important publications due to its great circulations. Unfortunately some materials are with lowquality and it has become a prominent prob lem that many materials are not popular with students, which indicates a conflict between what is available and what is required. A solution to the problem is to design teaching materials of colleges and universities by taking into account humanity need. In other words, the key is to meet students need and serve the students. Students focus on what they can learn, how they feel, and how much they need to pay. The es sence of design of teaching materials of colleges and universities is to integrate various kinds of design ele ments and methods with meeting students' need of academy, experience and economy. The principles of humanity design of teaching materials include the combination of the subjectoriented and the objectorien ted in terms of contents, the combination of theories and circumstances in terms of structure, the combina tion of readability and seriousness in terms of formats and the combination of function and conservation in terms of forms and materials.
