利用2001-2009年我国36个行业的面板数据，运用Matlab软件，分别测算了不考虑环境约束的传统全要素生产率和考虑环境约束的环境全要素生产率。结果表明：高外资比重行业的环境全要素生产率相对更高；外资对行业传统生产率提高的促进作用较弱，而对环境全要素生产率和环境技术效率的提升具有高度显著的促进作用；外资企业资本有机构成对行业传统生产率的提升具有显著的促进作用，但对环境全要素生产率的提升具有显著的负面影响；环境管制显著抑制了工业传统生产率的提升，但对环境全要素生产率的提升具有明显的积极作用。

이용2001-2009년아국36개행업적면판수거，운용Matlab연건，분별측산료불고필배경약속적전통전요소생산솔화고필배경약속적배경전요소생산솔。결과표명：고외자비중행업적배경전요소생산솔상대경고；외자대행업전통생산솔제고적촉진작용교약，이대배경전요소생산솔화배경기술효솔적제승구유고도현저적촉진작용；외자기업자본유궤구성대행업전통생산솔적제승구유현저적촉진작용，단대배경전요소생산솔적제승구유현저적부면영향；배경관제현저억제료공업전통생산솔적제승，단대배경전요소생산솔적제승구유명현적적겁작용。
Using the panel data of 36 industries in China from 2001 to 2009 ,this paper uses Matlab software to calculate the Malmquist index free from environmental constraint and the MalmquisLuenberger index subject to environmental constraints. The results show as follows：envi ronmental total factor productivities of industries with high proportion of FDI are relatively larger; FDI has a little positive effects on traditional productivity, hut has relatively significant positive inf!.uences on environmental total factor productivity and environmental technical efficiency; organic composition of capital shows some positive effects on traditional productivity,and has negative effects on environmental total factor pro ductivities;environmental regulation has significantly negative effects on traditional productivity,but has opposite influences on environmental total factor productivity.
