我国城镇化进程加快带动了农村经济的发展,农民可支配收入逐步提高,闲置资金增多使得农民理财需求增强。由于当前内外因素制约,农村信用社个人理财业务发展存在诸多问题,个人优质客户流失速度加快。农村信用社个人理财业务的脱节和综合竞争力的减弱,使得农村信用社进一步开拓个人理财市场势在必行。以福建省农村信用社为例,使用SWOT分析法对其个人理财业务的发展现状进行分析,从中发现存在的问题,并提出解决问题的对策。

As accelerating urbanization promotes China＇s rural economy,farmers find more disposable income in their pocket,which is increasing their demand for financial services.Due to the current internal and external factors,personal financial services of rural credit cooperatives is confronted with many issues,resulting in the fast loss of personal quality customers.As personal financial services of rural credit cooperatives and comprehensive competitiveness weakens,it is urgent that rural credit cooperatives develop personal financial market.This case study of Fujian rural credit cooperatives analyzed the development of personal financing business of Fujian＇s rural credit cooperatives with SWOT analysis method,identified existing problems and proposed some countermeasures.
