选取中部地区代表性的省份———江西的产业发展数据为样本,通过建立扩展的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和进行格兰杰因果检验,实证考察了产业结构优化所包括的两部分产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化与经济增长的关系。得出的结论是：生产要素资源（资本投入和劳动投入）在产业间的配置尚未完全形成产业结构系统性协同的效果,并且三次产业的相对地位即比重趋向不协调,导致产业结构合理化低;经济增长是产业结构高级化的原因,而产业结构高级化并不是经济增长的原因。

Jiangxi Province,one of the representative provinces in Central China,is selected as the sample to collect industrial data to empirically analyze the relationship between economic growth and the optimization of industrial structure,which embraces rationalization of industrial structure and upgrading of industrial structure.And conclusions reached via building expanded Cobb-Douglas production function and applying Granger Causality test are： the allocation of production factors（inputs of capital and labor） among three different industries has not yet fully formed the effect of industries＇ systemic synergism,and the relative position of the three industries tends to be lacking in coordination,which leads to low level of rationalization of industrial structure.The growth of economy brings about the upgrading of industrial structure which has almost no impact on the economic advance.
