在国有林场改革发展中,从主要利益相关者的角度分析在改革推进过程中所遇到的动力和阻力因素,从而完善动力机制构建;同时也利用博弈理论的研究方法,分析国有林场改革主要利益相关者之间利益的博弈关系,并根据Nash均衡策略的最优解,给出了国有林场改革的建议。
在國有林場改革髮展中,從主要利益相關者的角度分析在改革推進過程中所遇到的動力和阻力因素,從而完善動力機製構建;同時也利用博弈理論的研究方法,分析國有林場改革主要利益相關者之間利益的博弈關繫,併根據Nash均衡策略的最優解,給齣瞭國有林場改革的建議。
재국유림장개혁발전중,종주요이익상관자적각도분석재개혁추진과정중소우도적동력화조력인소,종이완선동력궤제구건;동시야이용박혁이론적연구방법,분석국유림장개혁주요이익상관자지간이익적박혁관계,병근거Nash균형책략적최우해,급출료국유림장개혁적건의。
With the development of the reforms of the state-owned forest farms, the driving and resist- ant forces occurring in pushing forward the reforms are need to be figured out in order to perfect the construction of the dynamical mechanism and the game theory is necessary to be employed to analyze the interest relationship between the major stakeholders in the reforms, thus putting forward some sug- gestions to the reforms by means of the optimal explanation of Nash Equilibrium.
