本研究在充分调研基础上,分析了北京板栗产业融合5种发展路径及融合发展过程中存在的主要问题。研究显示,北京板栗融合存在着科技推广普及率不高、加工技术落后、物流业发展滞后、市场体系不健全和产业融合度不高等问题,今后应强化板栗科技推广、提高板栗深加工技术、完善板栗物流体系、健全板栗市场体系和加大政府扶持力度,以促进北京板栗产业的可持续发展。
본연구재충분조연기출상,분석료북경판률산업융합5충발전로경급융합발전과정중존재적주요문제。연구현시,북경판률융합존재착과기추엄보급솔불고、가공기술락후、물류업발전체후、시장체계불건전화산업융합도불고등문제,금후응강화판률과기추엄、제고판률심가공기술、완선판률물류체계、건전판률시장체계화가대정부부지력도,이촉진북경판률산업적가지속발전。
Based on the full research, the 5 kinds of development paths of Beijing chestnut industrial convergence and the main problems in the process of chestnut industrial convergence has been ana- lyzed. The research showed that Beijing chestnut industrial convergence exist the problems of low pen- etration rate of science and technology promotion, poor processing technology, slow development of lo- gistics industry, unsound market system, and low level of industrial convergence. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the chestnut science and technology promotion, improve the chestnut deep pro- eessing technology, perfect the chestnut logistics system, sound the chestnut market system, and in- crease government support to promote the sustainable development of chestnut industry.
