为揭示农民工子女的身心健康和体育参与行为状况，运用文献资料、问卷调查、结构化访谈、生理与心理健康量表测试、数理统计等研究方法对农民工子女的身心健康和体育参与行为进行了相关研究。研究认为：（1）农民工子女的心理和体质健康状况应该引起足够的重视；（2）农民工子女的体育锻炼参与项目相对简单单一；（3）农民工子女教育方面重视文化教养轻视体育锻炼参与的现象非常普遍和严重；（4）大多数农民工不支持孩子走专业竞技运动员的道路；（5）父母、老师、社会媒体在孩子社会化成长的过程中发挥着重要的指导示范作用，要重视和正确引导孩子进行体育锻炼活动才会有利于孩子的身心正常发展（6）在一定程度上家庭的经济收入水平和父母的体育消费观念和意识决定了农民工子女的体育消费结构水平；（7）影响农民工子女体育参与的因子主要有社会环境因子、体育态度因子、自身文化和生活方式因子、心理健康因予和经济条件因子等5个主要方面。鉴于以上研究，对农民工子女的体育参与提出相应的建议措施，以期改善农民工子女的体育参与环境，促进体育参与行为。

The paper has carried out the studies of the physical mental health and the sport par- ticipation behavior of migrant workers＇ children by using documents, questionnaires, structural interviews, scale tests of physical and psychological health, and mathematical statistics etc. The study indicates that：（ 1） Much attention should be paid to the status of the mental and physical health of migrant workers＇ children; （2） the sport participation items for migrant workers＇ chil- dren are relative simple and single; （3} in terms of children＇s deduction, there are widespread and serious phenomena that emphasis is laid on the cultural education while physical exercise par- ticipation is ignored; （4） The majority of migrant workers do not support their children to be professional athletics athletes; （5） Parents, teachers, social media in the child socialization plays an important guiding in the role model, it will be conducive to the normal physical and mental de- velopment of children if pay attention to and correctly guide the kids to exercise activities; （ 6 ） to a certain extent, the income level of the families and the parents＂ sports consumer attitudes and awareness decide sports consumption structure and level of the children of migrant workers; （7） the factors affecting the participation children of migrant workers in sports include 5 aspects such as social environment, sports attitude, culture and lifestyle, mental health and economic condi- tions. In view of the above study, we will put forward the relevant suggestions and measures for the sports participation of children of migrant workers to improve the sports participation environment of the children of migrant workers to participate and promote their sports participation behaviors.
