目的：了解东乡族学生体质发展动态，为东乡族地区的学校体育、卫生监督及民族政策提供理论依据。方法：选取甘肃省2000年和2010年学生身体形态、机能、素质等方面的指标进行分析研究。结果：发现近10年来，甘肃省东乡族学生的身高、体重等身体形态呈增长趋势，但胸围却出现负增长，三者之间发展不平衡；肺活量均呈下降趋势；身体素质除男生的肌力、耐力和男、女生握力有所提高外，其余均呈下降趋势，多项指标均值均低于同期甘肃汉族水平。结论：要加强少数民族地区健康知识的普及和学生体质的科研工作。

Objective：To know the current condition of student＇s physical condition for Dongx- iang nationality and provide the theoretical basis for school physical education, health supervi- sion and national policy. Methods ： selection from investigation data of school student＇s the body shape, function and physical fitness in Gansu in 2000 and 2010, this paper analyzes the physi- cal health condition of students. Results： The result shows that the body shape, height and weight tend to increase in recent 10 years, but their chest circumference had a negative growth, it develops unbalance among three indexes. Their vital capacity tend to decrease, the physical fitness tend to decrease except that the grip strength, abdominal muscle strength, en- durance of the male students and grip strength of the female was somewhat increased, a num- ber of indexes are lower than the same period in Han Gansu population mean. Conclusion ： The authors suggested that the society and schools should promote student＇s physical exercising, especially, the popularization of fitness knowledge and the scholastic study of student＇s physi- cal constitution in minority nationality areas.
