通过调查分析国家高原竞走组运动员备战2011年全国竞走锦标赛的训练过程,揭示拉练式高原竞走训练及其设计程序。一个完整的拉练式高原竞走训练应该包括拉练准备期、高原拉练期、拉练效应强化期、竞技转化期及比赛期5个基本阶段;完整的训练路径主要有驻地-低海拔-高海拔-驻地-比赛地的闭合式路径和由驻地一低或高海拔一比赛地的开放式路径;高原拉练站点的设置方式主要有跳跃式和穿梭式;高原拉练的课周期遵循“一天一练”的组织方式,以有氧训练为中心,串联技术训练、速度感训练和恢复性训练内容构成“一三循环”式课周期结构;全程训练负荷遵循“练起来,调下去,提起来,调上去,养起来”的控制过程,训练量逐步向专项距离延伸,训练强度逐步向竞技目标转移。

Through investigation and analysis, the training process of our country plateau of race walker preparing for the 2011 national championship walking, the Flow Line Training Method (FLTM) of the altitude training of race walking and its designing program was revealed. The complete training process included five basic stages : such as preparation period, plateau period, effect-strengthen period, competitive transformation period, and games period. There were "the local, low altitude, high altitude, station, venue" Closed Path and "local, low or high altitude, venue" Open Path in complete training path. There were two kinds of jump and shuttle type in set mode of plateau low Line Training site. Complying with practice a day, taking aerobic train- ing as the center, combining with technical training, sense of speed training and restorative training, one-three cycle class period structure was constituted according to this content sys- tem. Complying with control process of train up, tune down, bring to, tune up, keep up" during full training load, amount of training extended step by step to special distance and training strength intensity step by step to competitive target.
